Leaving A Corporate Health Insurance Scheme

If you are a member of a Freedom Healthnet Corporate health insurance policy and are leaving the company scheme, you can still continue to benefit from your medical insurance policy. We can transfer your policy to Freedom Individual, where you will not lose any underwriting benefits you have earned. For example, if your medical insurance policy has no personal medical exclusions we will not request current medical history, therefore, you will benefit from continued health insurance underwriting terms.
