Is Private Medical Insurance a valuable employee benefit?

In today's society, keeping fit and healthy is one of our main priorities. A recent survey carried out by BUPA's "Health of the Nation" revealed employees are more likely to accept a job offer if Private Medical Insurance is offered as part of the package. The survey also found that Private Medical Insurance is the second most important benefit to employees.

Around 64% of the total employers surveyed agreed that it is as much their responsibility to look after the employee's wellbeing as it is for the actual employee.
